For National Apprenticeship Week 2020, we thought that we’d take a moment to reflect upon our young employees who have got through our apprenticeship program and to those who are currently still working their way through it.
Here is a quick mention to Thomas Bowes and Laura Aves who were amongst our first wave of apprentices at Essexmoneyman. Tom started his journey within the customer care team and then went on to become a fully qualified Mortgage Advisor in Essex. He is now flying high as an advisor and everyone here at Essexmoneyman couldn’t be happier for him. Laura went down a different route, she trained to be a dedicated case handler. Now she is working with all of our Mortgage Advisors in Essex providing her assistance wherever she can. Well done Laura!
It gives us a huge sense of pride and achievement, allowing young men and women to experience an amazing opportunity to work within a business and learn all at the same time. We’re enabling them to build their future as well as being able to make a living.
Michael Sallabank has just finished his 18-month apprenticeship in Digital Marketing. He is now fully equipped with everything he needs to be part of the marketing team. As a collection of being a great digital marketer and a positive motivator, Mikey’s work has paid off and he is only getting more knowledgeable by the day. Mikey has also taken on the role of helping out the new batch of apprentices that have just started. More about them later!
Meet Chloe Masters, she is celebrating her one year work anniversary today. Chloe is one of the youngest members of the Essexmoneyman team and is on route to becoming a Dedicated Case Handler. Finishing her apprenticeship this week will make her an official member of the team. She will be working with Laura and be assisting Mortgage Advisors in Essex.
We now have another three digital marketing apprentices at Essexmoneyman. Meet Lee, Dan and James; they are looking to take the mortgage world by storm and create even more brand awareness for budding home buyers looking to find expert Mortgage Advice in Essex.
We also love that all our apprentices enjoy what they do and can’t wait to share a future with us here at Essexmoneyman. Seeing them grow over time as both workers and people is why we do it. Also, we can’t wait to see who else may join our team in the future!
